A moist and flavorful bundt cake combining ripe bananas, toasted pecans, and warm Chinese five-spice powder for an unexpected twist on a classic.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 10-inch fluted tube (bundt) pan.
Prepare the cake mix batter according to package directions in a large bowl.
Fold in mashed bananas, toasted pecans, five-spice powder, and cinnamon until evenly distributed.
Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 43 to 48 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
