Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip each pecan half halfway into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with flaky sea salt while the chocolate is still wet.
Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes until the chocolate is set. Store in an airtight container.
