The best of both worlds — rich chocolate and buttery pecans in a flaky crust. A decadent crowd-pleaser for any occasion.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pie crust in pie plate and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly across the bottom.
In a bowl, beat eggs and stir in corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla.
Arrange pecans over the chocolate chips, then pour the egg mixture over the top.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until set. The center should not jiggle when the pie is gently shaken.
Cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before slicing.
