Flaky salmon fillets topped with a sweet and savory pecan crust made with maple syrup and Dijon mustard.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix Dijon mustard and maple syrup together. Brush over the top of each salmon fillet.

    Combine chopped pecans, panko, parsley, salt, and pepper. Press the mixture firmly onto the top of each fillet.

    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the pecan topping is golden.
