Tender chicken breasts coated in a crunchy pecan crust with Dijon mustard. An elegant yet easy weeknight dinner.

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
